Travel Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Travel Coordinator to manage all aspects of business travel for our remote organisation.

• Research, book, and manage flights, accommodation, car hire, and transfers for business travel
• Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure all documentation is in order
• Monitor travel budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions efficiently
• Maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, and hotel partners
• Ensure compliance with company travel policies and approval processes
• Keep accurate records of all bookings and travel expenditure

• 2+ years of experience in travel coordination or corporate travel management
• Proficiency with travel booking platforms (Travelport, Amadeus, Sabre, or online tools)
• Strong organisational skills for managing multiple bookings simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under time pressure
• Knowledge of visa requirements and international travel is advantageous
• Self-sufficient in a fully remote working environment
• Diploma in Travel and Tourism preferred

Salary: R22,000/month | 100% Remote
