This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Manager based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Sales Manager will oversee daily team operations, develop and execute sales strategies, and coach and mentor staff to achieve performance goals. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role also involves recruiting, training, and developing new team members to ensure success in the agency's initiatives.

• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Texas Life and Health General Lines License - Preferred but not required
