This is a full-time hybrid role for a Management Trainee based in Muncie, IN, with the option for some work-from-home flexibility. As a Management Trainee, you will participate in hands‑on training to develop leadership skills, learn company processes, and gain expertise in customer relationship management. You will assist in evaluating customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.

Additionally, you will collaborate with team members and management to identify areas for growth and foster excellent client experiences.

• Basic knowledge of insurance or financial services is an advantage, but not necessary
• Proficiency in standard office software and technology tools
• High school diploma or equivalent required; we will support you through the Insurance Licensing if you are not currently licensed
