Commercial Title Coordinator; Remote

• Coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process with multiple parties
• Monitor and track workflow from searchers and contractors
• Manage assigned pipeline orders to ensure accuracy and compliance with service level expectations
• Build and maintain effective relationships with vendors
• Escalate complex title issues to supervisory staff as appropriate

• 2+ years of experience in an escrow/title or curative lender role
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Clear knowledge of commercial property title searches and related documents
• Proficient MS Office skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Problem-solving abilities and good judgment
• Working knowledge of company and/or client operating systems
