This is a full-time hybrid role for a Logistics Specialist in Tampa, FL, offering a combination of office and remote work. The Logistics Specialist will oversee supply chain operations, coordinate shipments, and manage export processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams, maintaining relationships with vendors and customers, monitoring inventory, and resolving any logistical challenges promptly.
The role also involves analyzing data to optimize processes and improve efficiency in daily operations.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Proficient Analytical Skills for identifying improvement opportunities and ensuring efficient supply chain operations.
- Experience or expertise in Supply Chain Management and Export processes to oversee logistics and manage international shipments effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities to address logistical challenges and maintain workflow efficiency.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools, familiarity with industry regulations, and a strong understanding of global supply chain systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the water treatment or similar industries is a plus.
