Demand Planning, Staff Analyst – Global Supply Chain Organization
Location:
Chaska, Minnesota (on-site).
This position reports directly to the Senior Director of PSI and is part of the Global Supply Chain Organization.
In This Role- Lead the global demand planning cycle, creating statistical baseline forecasts and enriching them with market intelligence from regional commercial teams.
- Monitor, report, and improve key demand planning KPIs (e.g., MAPE, bias, forecast value add, service level, inventory turns) and identify root causes of forecast error.
- Contribute to the development and standardization of global demand planning processes, policies, and documentation consistent with APICS S&OP and demand management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, statistics, or related field; master’s degree a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain planning, or S&OP, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Effective communicator with proven ability to lead cross‑functional and cross‑regional discussions and drive consensus.
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with experience using forecasting tools or advanced planning systems.
- Solid understanding of APICS/ASCM concepts in demand management, master planning, inventory management, and S&OP/IBP.
Up to 20% travel.
Compensation:
Annual salary range $120,000–$150,000, with eligibility for bonus/incentive pay.
