Buyer Indirect

What is your role?

As a Buyer Indirect Spend, you will support the business with procurement activities such as supplier selection, (re) negotiations of contracts/work statements, and commercial advice.

In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Leading sourcing activities (RFI / RFP / single source negotiations / supplier contracting)
• Identifying cost savings opportunities
• Contract management
• Spend analysis
• Supplier Relationship Management for key suppliers
• Managing your indirect procurement categories
• Procurement category strategy development in alignment with business strategy
• Ensuring compliance with Kramp’s procurement policies and procedures

You are available for 40 hours per week and based in the Netherlands, so you could work together with your team and stakeholders from our headquarters in Varsseveld or from our office in Utrecht. You have a proactive attitude, and you are willing to go that extra mile. In addition, you are eager to develop yourself continuously.

• Completed a bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
• Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong presenting, negotiating and persuading skills
• A strategic mindset and experience with developing a category strategy
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• A data‑driven and analytical mindset
• Excellent knowledge of procurement processes
• Experience with e‑sourcing tools is regarded as an asset
