Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain short‑ and long‑term supply plans aligned with demand forecasts and inventory targets across multiple product categories and brands.
  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Operations, and Logistics to ensure timely production and delivery of goods and provide guidance on allocation needs.
  • Assist with MOQ strategies, balance MOQ requirements and work closely with Sourcing to adjust them as appropriate.
  • Consolidate input, develop constrained demand plans and execute supply plans to meet demand plan, managing supply‑side alerts for the cross‑functional team.
  • Work closely with Supply Operations to create buy approval templates at each production buy for sign off from the Executive team prior to purchase.
  • Ensure customer required delivery dates and service levels are met, and work with Procurement and Global Logistics on transportation mode to meet delivery requirements.
  • Responsible for inventory levels, safety stock analysis and settings, and fulfillment strategies for assigned product categories.
  • Monitor supply and inventory KPIs such as service levels, turns, stockouts, and take proactive action to resolve imbalances.
  • Create and work with Finance to manage inventory reporting, turns reporting, financial reporting, and E&O reporting for the business, publishing monthly in accordance with global reporting.
  • Manage life cycle management, focus on E&O inventory and work with Sales and Product/Merch to reduce E&O.
  • Analyze constraints, lead times, and capacity limits to optimize replenishment strategies; investigate and decide on allocation issues.
  • Communicate supply risks and opportunities to stakeholders and provide data‑driven recommendations.
  • Support new product introductions and end‑of‑life planning by aligning supply strategies with launch and exit timelines.
  • Maintain master data accuracy in ERP systems (lead times, MOQ, safety stock).
  • Participate in S&OP processes, merch/product management meetings, innovation trail, monthly inventory meetings, supply meetings, and supply reviews.
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in supply chain, business, operations, or related field; additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production planning, or inventory management; experience in consumer goods or outdoor/lifestyle industries is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Prefer Mass Retail experience, but not required.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Annual Salary: $80,000 – $90,000, based on experience, location, education and skills.
  • Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance, 401(k), PTO, paid holidays, gear discounts, and the ability to add value to an exciting mission.
