Intern-Supply Chain & Operations

Staci Americas is seeking a motivated summer intern to support our operations and supply chain teams at our location. This internship is designed for students interested in gaining hands‑on experience in warehousing, fulfillment operations, logistics, and supply chain analytics within a fast‑paced third‑party logistics (3PL) environment.

The intern will work closely with operations, client success, and leadership teams to support daily operational activities, reporting, process improvement initiatives, and inventory‑related projects.

• Assist with operational reporting and data analysis related to fulfillment, inventory, productivity, and KPIs
• Support warehouse operations including B2B/B2C order processing, inventory tracking, kitting, and shipping activities
• Help maintain accurate operational records and documentation
• Assist with data visualization, reporting dashboards, and process tracking using Excel and other reporting tools
• Observe and support transportation, reverse logistics, and fulfillment workflows
• Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization projects
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support operational goals and customer service initiatives
• Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as needed

• Currently pursuing a degree in supply chain management, business analytics, logistics, business administration, or related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, SQL, or Python is a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment
• Interest in warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, and supply chain operations
• Exposure to real‑world supply chain and warehouse operations
• Hands‑on experience with fulfillment and inventory management processes

Summer internship | full‑time or part‑time based on business needs and school schedule.

This is a hybrid position that requires both on‑site presence and remote work based on business needs. Typical work environment includes both professional office settings and active warehouse operations.

Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods. Regular use of computers, phone, and warehouse visits and walking in high‑volume areas.
