Midi Health is seeking a strategic Client Success Manager (CSM) to own employer partner relationships end-to-end, from implementation and onboarding through ongoing management. This remote role offers $115,000–$125,000/year plus health, dental, and vision benefits, paid holidays, and flexible time off.
The successful candidate will lead cross-functional execution, ensure smooth launches, and proactively drive engagement, utilization, and long-term growth for employer partners.

Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Onboarding
- Lead employer partner implementations from kickoff through go-live
- Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and cross-functional readiness
- Ensure launch materials and onboarding assets are complete and aligned
- Facilitate meetings, document decisions, and align stakeholders
- Monitor early performance signals and manage launch issues
Ongoing Employer Management
- Serve as primary relationship owner for employer partners
- Lead recurring partner meetings with agendas, recaps, and follow-through
- Manage escalations, reporting requests, and cross-functional coordination
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support account needs
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, utilization, and partner experience
- Support strategic initiatives such as engagement campaigns, webinars, and benefit season planning
Essential:
- 4–7+ years in client success, account management, implementation, or partner operations
- Experience managing external client relationships and coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, health benefits, digital health, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with employer benefits, carrier/network coordination, or credentialing
- Comfort with reporting requests and translating data into insights
- Experience supporting partner communications and engagement campaigns
