The RoleAs a Growth Senior Analyst, you will independently lead high‑impact projects and strategies that expand Fever’s entertainment market across up to 40 countries. You will design end‑to‑end solutions and manage new business streams, collaborating cross‑functionally to boost overall company performance.
What You’ll Do- Contribute to key markets by focusing on growth and development.
- Manage your own pipeline of projects within a business line, demonstrating value.
- Lead global initiatives that shape the future of the entertainment industry.
- Enhance company performance by collaborating across departments to create new plans and events.
- Define and establish strategies that improve performance using analytical, business, and strategic skills.
- Design high‑impact end‑to‑end solutions on a daily basis.
- Create, develop, and manage new projects, including business streams, workflows, strategies, and departmental growth.
- Work across multiple markets, focusing on developing new experiences in an international environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, aeronautics) or a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or Strategy.
- 3–5 years of experience in a business analytics role.
- High level of English required;
Spanish is a plus. - Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or analytics at top tech firms is a significant advantage.
- Data‑driven mindset that brings numbers to strategic and business decisions.
- Ability to generate high business impact through decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across teams and business cases.
- Understanding of coding languages preferred (SQL, R, Python).
- Proactive problem‑solver and opportunities‑seeker.
