Epic/Resolute Professional Billing Claims Senior Analyst – Remote
The Epic/Resolute Professional Billing Claims Senior Analyst is a business specialist and technology generalist who aligns technology solutions with organizational strategy and drives process improvements for the business. The analyst proactively identifies opportunities to apply technology to business processes, advises customers on system capabilities, costs, benefits, and implementation requirements, and serves as a technical liaison and broker of services with vendors.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining credibility and effective working relationships with both customer management and IT personnel, and demonstrating an understanding of business problems, IT strategies, and priorities.
- Align technology solutions with business strategies.
- Identify and recommend opportunities for technology-driven process improvement.
- Advise customers on Epic Professional Billing system functionality, costs, and implementation requirements.
- Serve as technical liaison and broker of services with multiple vendors.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customer management and IT personnel.
- Apply technical knowledge to translate complex concepts into business-friendly language.
- Support project planning and execution across cross‑functional teams.
- Provide analytical and conceptual expertise for new initiatives and complex technical plans.
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) Certification is required.
- Associate's degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Epic Professional Billing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve cross‑environment problems and link IT to business process redesign.
- Experience in business process re‑engineering or process improvement.
- Experience with strategic use of technology to manage and grow a business.
- Experience planning and executing projects involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors.
- HL7 interface knowledge.
Annual salary range: $89,500.00 – $ (based on qualifications). Compensation is determined by education, experience, skills, certifications, and market competitiveness.
