E-Commerce Virtual Assistant; Remote

• Owning the Digital Shelf: You will develop a differentiated product strategy for DTC, Amazon, and other retail marketplaces.
• Mastering the Marketplace: You will manage and optimize product listings on  and Amazon. You will ensure that product details, including images, descriptions, SKUs, and pricing, are accurate and aligned across all selling platforms.
• Creating Seamless Customer Journeys: You will monitor and respond to customer inquiries on e-commerce platforms. You will expertly process customer requests, returns, and refunds following company guidelines.
• Driving Data-Backed Growth: You will generate and compile weekly sales reports via platforms like GoParrot, Square, and Amazon Seller Central. You will track product availability, flag low-stock items, and interpret data to make strategic decisions.
