In this critical position, you will support the Ontario team by overseeing the entire proposal lifecycle. Utilize your strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple submissions while your communication abilities ensure effective outreach to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end proposal coordination
• Evaluate submissions for compliance and needs
• Create content addressing client requests
• Refine proposal formats and visuals using Word/In Design
• Maintain and organize proposal documentation
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in marketing or related field
• 5+ years in proposals within architecture or consulting
• Skilled in time management under pressure
• Excellent formatting and design skills
• Strong writing and editing capabilities
