Position: Product Manager New United States

Optimized Payments is the only fintech firm purpose-built to find and unlock value wherever it resides in our portfolio’s payment ecosystem. We’ve assembled a team with deep expertise across payments specialties to develop a proprietary analytics platform that finds actionable insights. We are an Atlanta based 17-year-old, and growing, company looking for talented individuals who want to grow with us.

Our client portfolio includes Fortune 500 firms such as Apple, Staples, Safeway, Priceline, Auto Nation, and the U.S. Postal Service.

The Role

As a Product Manager at Optimized Payments, you will be at the forefront of developing our core product suite while focusing on delivering value from consolidated payment data across dozens of payment service providers. This role is pivotal in advancing our product strategy, ensuring our solutions meet and exceed the evolving demands of payment operations in the enterprise sector. You will be a key member of our product team, our newest and most cross-functional group.

You will report to the COO.

This role is based in Atlanta, Ga on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on our payment data consolidation and normalization solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, aligning with our mission, vision, and values.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs, translating insights into product enhancements and innovations.
  • Define product roadmaps, balancing short-term priorities and long-term vision.
  • Utilize market research, competitive analysis, and payment industry trends to inform product decisions.
  • Drive product strategy that aligns with our success pillars, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, impactful solutions.
  • Measure and analyze product performance, leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field, and/or equivalent related work experience
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in payments or fintech.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in technology industry, preferably Fintech.
  • Proven ability to lead product development in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and guidance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
  • Superior communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy effectively.
