As a seasoned professional, you will leverage your 15 years of powerline construction experience to lead planning efforts, develop safety protocols, and mentor staff. Your leadership will guide teams through complex challenges, ensuring projects are completed on time while adhering to specifications. A site-based role may include rotational shifts as well as remote work options.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure projects comply with specifications and codes
• Create Project Quality Plans for high standards
• Review and update construction schedules
• Assist with multi-discipline project estimates
• Mentor staff and manage subcontractor selections
Requirements:
• 15+ years in powerline construction
• 5+ years in supervisory roles
• Deep understanding of construction processes
• Strong communication and leadership qualities
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug test
