A. Miller Hospitality Group (JAM) is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to drive visibility and engagement across our venue partners by promoting the JAM brand across social media. We're looking for an enthusiastic storyteller that can travel to venues and capture the human moments in front of and behind the camera at our wedding events as well as supporting our marketing team with written copy.
JAM is known for providing innovative cuisine and extraordinary hospitality at hundreds of weddings and special events every year in the tri-state area. Key Responsibilities Travel to venues and capture on-site content including events, tastings, and behind-the-scenes moments (includes mileage compensation).Plan and execute content calendars across all social media platforms.
Create and edit short-form video content (i.e. Tik Toks & Reels).Manage stories, comments, DMs, and audience engagement.
Write and publish blog content on our website.
Qualifications2+ years of experience in digital marketing preferred.
Outgoing and engaging personality with a creative eye.
Strong content creation skills, including photo and video editing.
Proficiency in tools like Canva and Sprout Social are strongly preferred.

Scheduling & Compensation $50,000 - $ 55,000 annual salary depending on experience.
Hybrid
Schedule:
3 days a week on location (venues and our headquarters) and 2 days work from home.
Ability to drive to venue locations and headquarters.
Monday – Friday with some weekends as needed.
