" Understand and interpret product requirements, design decisions and elicit feedback across various audiences
" Execute on content strategy for our consumer and institutional products in support of larger organizational goals and objectives.
" Create clear and concise content while applying UX best practices, brand guidelines and accessibility standards
" Ensure the content uses proper voice and tone
" Collaborate with designers, product managers/owners, business analysts, developers, marketing and business stakeholders to create content that educates, motivates and empowers users
" Provide content of varying fidelity to our product designers to facilitate iterative design
" Produce documentation that facilitates publishing or content implementation, such as copy decks, messaging frameworks or content models
" Collaborate with the content strategy team to evolve our product style guide
" Support our design system by providing content guidelines for components and patterns as needed
