Role Summary

• Responsibilities

  You will be involved in a wide range of digital design projects for our clients within the healthcare sector, from the initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity
• Salary
  : £28,000 to £33,000 per annum outside of London (£28,860 to £33,000 per annum in London), depending on your previous experience

As a Digital Designer in our Creative team, you will be at the forefront of delivering diverse and intricate digital projects for both our clients in the healthcare sector and the company. These will include the design, maintenance and testing of new and existing websites and web applications, the creation of interactive content for conferences and events, as well as the creation of digital marketing materials such as HTML emails, web banners and social media graphics.

You will be involved in every stage of the project lifecycle, from initial concept development to full production, allowing for real autonomy and creativity. This involves early-stage collaboration with other designers, project managers, and clients to define the project scope and objectives. You will then produce high‑quality design materials, providing technical insight and offering guidance as needed.

• Developing Digital Materials: Creating a variety of user‑friendly deliverables, including websites and web applications, interactive content for external events, marketing materials, and other design pieces for both internal teams and external clients

  Working closely with creative colleagues and project managers at the outset of projects to determine the design scope, purpose, and strategic approach to be taken
• Effective Communication: Clearly communicating project requirements to project teams and providing input on any technical queries

• Exceptional Service: Providing outstanding customer service, building strong partnerships with internal teams and external clients
