About Us:

We are a D2C beauty, wellness, and lifestyle company selling products directly to consumers through our Shopify stores. We create high-quality ad creatives and social media content that drive thousands of orders daily. We're expanding our creative team and need a graphic designer who understands what makes people stop scrolling and start buying.

The Role:

You will design static ad creatives, product visuals, social media posts, and promotional graphics for our Facebook, Instagram, and Google ad campaigns. This is a fully remote position.

What You'll Do:

→ Design static ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram campaigns (single image, carousel, story format) → Create product mockups, lifestyle visuals, and before/after graphics → Design social media posts for Instagram and Facebook pages → Create promotional banners, BOGO offer graphics, and sale creatives → Design Shopify product page banners and hero images → Create thumbnail images for video ads → Adapt winning designs into multiple sizes and formats for different placements → Maintain consistent brand aesthetic across all visual touchpoints

Requirements:

→ 1-3 years experience in graphic design for e-commerce or D2C brands → Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator → Understanding of what makes a Facebook/Instagram ad creative stand out — visual hooks, contrast, readability, CTA placement → Experience designing for beauty, skincare, wellness, or lifestyle brands preferred → Ability to deliver 5-8 finished designs per day with consistent quality → Eye for clean, modern, premium aesthetics → Understanding of 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 ad format requirements → Self-motivated, deadline-driven, delivers daily without micromanagement

Preferred:

→ Experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, Grok Imagine) → Experience creating product mockups and lifestyle composites → Portfolio showing e-commerce ad creatives or social media designs

What We Offer:
