Percentage of time that could be remote (0-100%): TBD based on need. The majority of tasks will be completed in person while working in the AUS Art Studio during scheduled shifts. However, when extraordinary circumstances arise administrative tasks such as responding to emails or creating event fliers can be done remotely instead of in person.
Method to assess remote work:
Predetermined administrative work (emails, flyer creation, etc.) will be agreed upon with supervisor on an as needed basis. Work to be completed will be assessed based on correspondence to the AUS-Art Studio e-mail and the Studio's schedule of events for the term. For any potential remote administrative work the expectation is the same as if it were being completed in person- that all correspondence for the designated shift is to be sent/responded to, all records are updated, and all event fliers are completed and sent out by their deadlines.
