Position:  Czech Outbound Customer Support (appointment setting by phone)
We are looking for native Czech speaking Talents for our Outbound Customer Care project and to join our Global community, to work on Premium Contact Center Projects with us.

We have an ongoing project in several countries, where we are looking for new talents to perform outbound calls on behalf of our client to arrange photo shooting for catering units, therefore updating their profiles on prestigious web pages. We are starting the same project in Czech Republic, May 4th!

Position Requirements
Tech School,   1 to 2 Years work experience
We are looking for you in case you have:

Contact Center (Outbound) or other Outbound Customer Service Experience (2yrs+)
College or University Degree is an advantage
Strong user level of Computing Skills
You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
Your first language is Czech, you are confident on the phone with decision makers and have strong communication skills (oral, written)
Your English is on a good intermediate level (both comprehension, speech)

What we need from you:

• Broadband internet connection
• Ethernet based LAN connection

Hardware Requirements:
• Processor: 1.8Ghz upwards (64bit preferable)
• RAM: 4 GB RAM upwards
• Available Storage: 10Gb minimum
• Preferred Resolution: 1920x1080

Wired USB Headset

Operating System
• Microsoft Windows: 10 upwards

Home workstation:
• Quiet, distraction free area
Required Language Skills:
  • Czech - Good
