In this full-time, remote position, you will be the backbone of the order processing workflow, interfacing with clients and internal teams to guarantee accuracy and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process customer orders promptly and accurately using internal systems.
  • Ensure all order details are verified, documented, and communicated to all relevant departments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, issues, and updates via email and phone.
  • Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to track order fulfillment and resolve delays.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of orders, changes, and customer interactions.
  • Proactively identify and escalate discrepancies or potential issues in the order process.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance order management efficiency.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an order clerk or in a similar administrative role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an unwavering attention to clarity and detail.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of accuracy and reliability when managing sensitive order data.
  • Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and order management software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
