Key Responsibilities- Manage and process customer orders promptly and accurately using internal systems.
- Ensure all order details are verified, documented, and communicated to all relevant departments.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, issues, and updates via email and phone.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics teams to track order fulfillment and resolve delays.
- Maintain comprehensive records of orders, changes, and customer interactions.
- Proactively identify and escalate discrepancies or potential issues in the order process.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance order management efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an order clerk or in a similar administrative role.
