Position Overview

We are currently growing our remote support team and welcoming applications for a Hospitality Services Specialist opportunity. In this role, you'll assist clients as they prepare for upcoming travel experiences by helping coordinate service arrangements, organizing reservation details, and ensuring guests remain informed throughout the planning timeline.

This flexible remote role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy helping others, managing important details, and contributing to positive guest experiences while building valuable coordination skills. Guided onboarding and continued support resources are available to help you succeed from the start.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate with guests to understand their preferences, trip priorities, and scheduling needs
  • Support coordination of accommodations, transportation services and activity selections
  • Share confirmation updates and planning progress information with clients
  • Assist with reviewing available hospitality options through approved partner systems
  • Respond to guest inquiries using phone, email, and digital messaging platforms
  • Maintain organized records related to service coordination activity
  • Participate in onboarding sessions and ongoing learning opportunities

Qualifications
