Cox Enterprises is seeking a Technical Customer Care Specialist for a remote role supporting clients with Vin Solutions products. The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma and less than 2 years of related experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting product issues, maintaining accurate records in the CRM, and delivering high-quality customer service. Candidates must have strong communication and problem-solving skills while being able to work flexible hours.

Knowledge of the automotive industry and CRM systems is preferred.
