Motor Claims Handler – Salary £26,700 - £29,650 |
Location:
Maxim Park
Support customers through the journey of making a motor claim, from the first notification of loss to providing updates on vehicle repairs or arranging replacement vehicles. Work proactively to minimise inconvenience for customers, using digital systems and making quick decisions.
Responsibilities- Receive and record first notifications of loss.
- Gather relevant information to create new claims.
- Provide updates and support customers with replacement vehicles and repair progress.
- Use digital systems to manage multiple tasks at pace and prioritise effectively.
- Make quick decisions to achieve the best outcome for customers.
- Ability to work at pace, handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively.

- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and pride in high‑quality work.
- Embraces change and shares ideas to improve customer experience.
- Strong IT skills with experience using digital systems.
- Starting salary £26,700 - £29,650 (depending on hours, skills and experience) plus additional benefits.
- Bonus opportunity – 6% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance).
