Remote Donation Call Specialist $13-$15/hr Work-from-Home with Purpose

We're hiring Remote Donation Call Specialists to help leading nonprofits raise critical funds that change lives. If you have a warm voice, strong attention to detail, and a heart for service - this is your opportunity to turn compassion into a career.
What You'll Do:
- Receive calls from generous donors
- Guide donors through the giving process with care
- Accurately record donation and donor details
- Provide outstanding follow-up and service (when needed)
- Reach performance goals that open doors for growth
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma or GED
- 6+ months remote OR 1+ year in-person customer service
- Clear verbal communication and active listening
- Basic Microsoft Office skills
- Quiet, professional home workspace
- Windows 11 PC/laptop (8GB RAM minimum, 16GB preferred)
- USB noise-canceling headset
- Wired internet connection
- No Chromebooks or Macs
- Dual monitors recommended
