ONE
80 INTERMEDIARIES INC is seeking a Customer Care Specialist in Illinois to maintain bill counts and policy premiums. You'll notify members of their premium due dates, assist with payments, and refer them to the sales department for new policies.
The ideal candidate will make at least 50 outbound calls daily and has experience in customer service and sales, preferably within the insurance sector. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with an Illinois P&C insurance license or the ability to obtain it within 90 days.
