Manage customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.

Assist in handling complaints and provide suitable solutions to customers.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks as required.
Monitor and report on service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Coordinator should have:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
