Customer Experience Booking Agent – Part Time 30 hours a week
Camp Beaumont is a renowned, award‑winning UK‑based provider of multi‑activity day camps for children and teenagers aged 3 to 14. We operate during school holidays, including half‑terms, summer, and winter.
We are looking for a Booking Agent to help with our busiest times for our summer camps. You will be working on our bespoke booking system (training will be given) and dealing with a 3rd‑party booking portal.
- Part‑time contract from 22nd June through to 21st August
- Hybrid role – can be split between home based and our office in Mundon near Maldon
- 30 hours per week, approximately 5 hours per day
- Must be able to work on a Sunday
- Start time 7.30am – essential as bookings come in overnight
- Ability to check capacity and ratios at each individual camp
- Good customer relationship skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with online systems and databases
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
As a Customer Experience Booking Agent, you will play a key role in ensuring bookings are processed accurately and efficiently. You'll work with our bespoke booking system (full training provided) and a third‑party booking portal, helping families secure places at our popular summer camps.
What We Offer- Part‑time fixed‑term contract: 22 June – 21 August 2026
- £14.00 per hour
- 30 hours per week (approximately 5 hours per day)
- Hybrid working – split between home and our office in Mundon near Maldon
- Opportunity to join a friendly, supportive team during our busiest and most exciting season
- Available to work Sundays essential (4‑5 hours)
- Able to start work at 7:30am (essential, as bookings are received overnight)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with online systems and databases
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to monitor camp capacities and children ratios at each individual camp
- Strong relationship‑building abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
