Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Field Services Coordinator. The role involves coordinating and supporting field service operations to ensure timely and successful project execution. Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining effective communication with clients and team members. The Field Services Coordinator will also support operational processes to uphold the company’s dedication to exceptional service delivery.

Communication with constant updates between the field and customer are imperative, and the right candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to clearly manage up and down.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Field Service operations and ensuring service delivery excellence
  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written, for engaging with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment
  • Familiarity with the hospitality and retail industries is a plus
