Smartsheet is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager in Bellevue, WA, to build high-value relationships with large customers. This role requires 10+ years of Customer Success experience in a SaaS environment, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse book of business. You will support customer engagement, lead impactful strategies, and influence the future of Customer Success.
