(Bilingual: Spanish) Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, P&C (Remote)

This remote position works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. The agent provides customer service support and resolves routine problems and questions regarding clients’ products and services.

• Navigate multiple systems efficiently.
• Listen actively and ask questions to identify customer needs.
• Advise clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
• Process new and amended enrollments.
• Ensure customers enjoy authentic experiences.
• Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.

• 1+ year(s) of customer service experience.
• Active resident license to sell P&C insurance.
• Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Proficiency in fast‑paced multitasking and problem‑solving.
• High‑speed internet (10 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download) and a smartphone.
• Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address.

• Starting wage $18–$20 per hour (not below applicable minimum wage).
