(Bilingual: Spanish) Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent, P&C (Remote)
Job DescriptionThis remote position works from home and interfaces with customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet. The agent provides customer service support and resolves routine problems and questions regarding clients’ products and services.
Responsibilities- Navigate multiple systems efficiently.
- Listen actively and ask questions to identify customer needs.
- Advise clients on plan options, coverages, and pricing.
- Process new and amended enrollments.
- Ensure customers enjoy authentic experiences.
- Deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.
- 1+ year(s) of customer service experience.
- Active resident license to sell P&C insurance.
- Verifiable high school diploma or GED.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Proficiency in fast‑paced multitasking and problem‑solving.
- High‑speed internet (10 Mbps upload, 40 Mbps download) and a smartphone.
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address.
- Starting wage $18–$20 per hour (not below applicable minimum wage).
