Turbo Tax is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work from home, answering queries about Turbo Tax products and tax return software. The position pays $24 per hour plus a $405 certification bonus and a temporary bonus of $5 per hour during specific dates. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. A minimum of 25 hours per week is required, with flexible scheduling available between 8am and 12am EST.

Support will be provided by subject matter experts during calls.
