What You’ll Be Doing- Meet with clients virtually using Zoom
- Walk veterans and their families through available programs
- Answer questions and guide clients through next steps
- Support clients through onboarding and ongoing communication
- Maintain simple digital records and documentation
- Deliver a professional, client-first experience
- Participate in training, mentorship, and development sessions
- 100% remote — no commute, more control of your schedule
