Immediate Openings:Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives
- Pay: $15/hour paid training
- Schedule:
Weekday (Monday‑Friday) 8:00AM‑5:00PM during training; 9:00AM‑6:00PM CST after training with one-hour lunch and two paid 15‑minute breaks - Remote—anywhere in the U.S.
- Training: 3weeks, with access sent the Friday before class starts
We are actively hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to support high‑volume programs for the New York Department of Labor and EBT/EPC services. The hiring decision is made solely for this project.
What You’ll Be Doing- Take inbound calls from customers regarding debit card accounts
- Assist with account questions, issues and troubleshooting
- Navigate multiple computer systems with speed and accuracy
- Provide professional, friendly, solution‑focused support
- Recommend solutions that best meet customer needs
- Use feedback and coaching to continuously improve
Training:
Monday‑Friday 8:00AM‑5:00PM (3weeks). Training access sent the Friday before class starts. After training:
Monday‑Friday 9:00AM‑6:00PM CST (one‑hour lunch and two paid 15‑minute breaks).
- Use your own computer initially until company equipment ships (usually week one)
- Desktop laptop or large tablet required; no cell phones
- Internet speed of 50
Mbps upload/download - Comfortable being on camera if requested
- Typing speed: 25
WPM or more - Internet assessment: 70% or higher
- 6+ months of customer service experience (phone or in‑person)
- Comfortable working on a computer and multitasking
- Strong communication and customer‑first mindset
- Reliable, punctual and ready to work
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18years or older
