Customer Support & Experience Representative – Indiana Shock waves | Remote (US)
Indiana Shock waves, a respected fastpitch softball organization, is seeking a Customer Support & Experience Representative to provide frontline support for families, coaches, and community partners. This full-time, remote role offers $23–$27/hour plus benefits including health insurance, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and flexible scheduling.
The successful candidate will be the voice of the organization, strengthening relationships by assisting with registrations, schedules, account updates, and community communications.

- Respond to inquiries from families, coaches, and prospects via email, phone, and text
- Assist with registrations, schedule questions, account updates, and system navigation
- Track communications and document follow-ups in internal tools
- Serve as the first point of contact for community members
- Coordinate with directors and coaches to ensure smooth operations
- Identify patterns in questions and suggest improvements to streamline support
