Warmly is seeking a GTM Customer Success Manager to oversee the entire customer journey from onboarding to renewal. This role is critical in achieving 85% Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and 110% Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across your portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success within B2B SaaS environments and expertise in Hub Spot and Salesforce. The compensation range is $90,000 to $100,000 base with an on-target earnings potential of $140,000.
