Location: Greater London
Jacada Travel Ltd is hiring a Ground Experience Manager (GEM) for Latin America. In this role, you will provide real-time support to clients during their trips, ensuring their experience is elevated. You will need to act fast and communicate clearly while managing multiple live situations without losing quality.
Applicants must have at least 5 years of client-facing experience, ideally in luxury travel or hospitality, and be fluent in English, with Spanish preferred. The position offers a remote working environment, requiring a rotating schedule between two GEMs.
