To work from home, agents must have their own full‑size or all‑in‑one desktop personal computer, or a traditional laptop personal computer meeting the specifications listed below.

• PC fully updated with all current windows and optional updates.

Hardware Requirements- ≥ 6 GB RAM (recommended 8 GB).
- Enough free internal storage to install and run systems.
- Minimum optimal screen resolution: 1920 × 1080.
- External wired mouse.
- Keyboard (wired preferred).
- Webcam (for training and meetings).
- USB headset – wired required; wireless/Bluetooth headsets not acceptable.
