Your Day to Day (Essential Functions)


Customer‑Focused Support

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone
  • Actively listen to customer concerns and provide clear, accurate, and empathetic resolutions
  • Handle escalations with professionalism, ensuring a smooth resolution process


Problem‑Solving & Ownership

  • Apply critical thinking to troubleshoot issues and offer appropriate solutions
  • Approve adjustments, returns, or other resolutions within established guidelines
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction and issue solutions


Service with Integrity

  • Uphold company values by providing honest, ethical, and transparent support
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data and company policies

Technology Requirements

To work from home, agents must have their own full‑size or all‑in‑one desktop personal computer, or a traditional laptop personal computer meeting the specifications listed below.

Preferred Software and Features

• PC fully updated with all current windows and optional updates.

• Anti‑virus program running (Microsoft Defender sufficient).

• Google Chrome web browser (other browsers may not work).

Hardware Requirements
  • ≥ 6 GB RAM (recommended 8 GB).
  • Enough free internal storage to install and run systems.
  • Minimum optimal screen resolution: 1920 × 1080.
  • External wired mouse.
  • Keyboard (wired preferred).
  • Webcam (for training and meetings).
  • USB headset – wired required; wireless/Bluetooth headsets not acceptable.
  • Preferred headsets:
    Jabra Evolve 20 UC, Logitech H390.
  • Headset models NOT supported: MPOW, Cyber Acoustics, NUBOW.

NOTE:

Built‑in laptop track pads are not recommended.
