We have a proven design process and methodology that our projects follow for different types of clients ranging from bootstrapped startups to Fortune 500 companies.

We are looking for a Recruiting Manager responsible for hiring our creative talent. Common positions you will be hiring for includes Product Managers, Strategists, UX Designers, Visual Designers. We hire globally. We need a constant pipeline of approved designers ready to be staffed as projects come in. Along with recruiting, you will also assist with onboarding & training and a few administrative responsibilities.

Requirements
5+ years’ previous Human Resources and/or Recruiting experience
4+ years’ leadership and management experience
Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results
Experience in developing and leading training initiatives.
Knowledge of recruiting media such as job postings, job site aggregators, ATS, and job distribution tools
Preferred experience recruiting creative talent

Responsibilities
The Recruiting Manager’s main responsibilities are to source and onboard quality candidates. The manager will be working closely with our leadership team to prepare staffing for all projects along with making our recruiting process more efficient.
Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
Establish and implement recruiting metrics that evaluates recruiting performance
Ensure the full-cycle recruiting process
Implements programs and processes to ensure effective sourcing, selection, and on-boarding of quality talent
Update and improve our recruiting SOPs and processes
Assesses current and future staffing needs of the organization and develops appropriate talent acquisition plans to ensure proper staffing levels.
Keeps abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Helps to manage the recruitment budget and explores opportunities for cost reduction.
Manage all of the pre-hire forms and new hire process with the new employees or contractors
Conduct new hire trainings and set up
Update and improve our onboarding and training experience and SOPs
Communicates and develops strategic objective regularly with the executive leadership team
Actively fosters the development of a high-performance, team-oriented recruiting culture.
Implement and manage key HR initiatives and processes, including evaluations/performance management, organization planning, compensation planning, benefits, recognition programs, benefits and learning and career development

Recruitment Process

2. First Interview
You will be scheduled on a 15-30 minute brief interview with our first hiring manager for us to get to know you a little better and vice versa.

3. Recruitment Case Study
The next round is a presentation test to evaluate your understanding of recruitment processes and your knowledge about team training. You will be given 48 hours to complete this test and you must pass this test to move to the final step.

4. Final Interview
You will be scheduled on a final interview for a final decision.
