The Role:
Build and maintain partnerships with post-primary schools to support programme participation. Engage and communicate regularly with schools and key education stakeholders. Coordinate the setup and delivery of a schools engagement programme within tight deadlines. Develop and update programme resources and supporting materials. Monitor participation, accreditation progress, and programme outcomes through accurate record-keeping. Organise meetings, schedules, and stakeholder communications to ensure smooth delivery.
Work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment to achieve programme objectives. Provide flexible support, including occasional evening work when required.
The Person The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Essential:
Relevant degree (e.g., Education, Social Sciences, Communications, Marketing, or similar). Experience in stakeholder engagement, relationship management, and programme/project coordination. Strong communication, organisation, and time-management skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Teams. Desirable:
Experience in education, schools' outreach, youth engagement, or programme delivery. Full driving licence and access to a vehicle. What's in it for you?
