Join Trans Link as a Learning Advisor, where you'll collaborate on impactful learning strategies in a hybrid work environment. Transform learning management with a focus on business needs and stakeholder engagement.
This position requires expertise in Learning Management, collaboration with the Senior Learning Advisor, and engagement with business leaders to identify learning requirements. You'll lead the development of effective learning programs and maintain partnerships across the enterprise.
Your role also includes evaluation and implementation of creative learning solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate in developing Learning Management initiatives
• Maintain effective partnerships with internal stakeholders
• Lead development of learning policies and standards
• Design measurement strategies for learning effectiveness
• Support internal blended learning interventions
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in Education or related field
• Five years of experience in creative learning solutions
• Advanced knowledge of Learning Management best practices
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
