Role Description
This is a casual role for a First Aid Training Coordinator, based in Nisku, AB, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves delivering first aid training programs, coordinating certification processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. The Training Coordinator will collaborate with CNAG training partners and agencies, maintain training equipment, and manage program materials. Additional responsibilities will include training development, evaluating course effectiveness, and contributing to the development of training strategies to grow the cadre.
Qualifications
Experience in the Canadian Armed Forces, RCMP or other first responder agency.
Certification as First Aid Instructor in Alberta. Certifications for instructor trainer highly desired.
Red Cross certified Wilderness or Remote First Aid Instructor is highly desired.
Strong organizational, communication, and instructional skills.
Adult education and training development experience is highly desired.
