This remote position focuses on developing learning materials for the Digital Regulatory Assurance System. With collaboration at its core, you will work alongside subject matter experts to align training with regulatory needs. Managing diverse training requirements and enhancing engagement are key aspects of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create scenario-based learning and support materials
• Manage an updated repository of training resources
• Facilitate engaging virtual sessions via Microsoft Teams
• Collaborate for compliance with business processes
• Implement enhancements based on user feedback
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma plus 3 years in training
• At least 5 years in technical documentation creation
• Proven experience in delivering virtual sessions
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
Drive impactful training initiatives that enhance user experiences within the Alberta government.
