The CAPE is seeking an Education Officer with a commitment to building and engaging a learning community. This role, available on a one-year contract, requires a graduate degree and 4 to 7 years of experience in developing educational programs for unions or similar organizations. You will be pivotal in designing and implementing engaging training initiatives for CAPE members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of dynamic education programs for members
• Manage training requests and deliver various union training sessions
• Design and deliver training on governance themes for CAPE’s NEC
• Engage with stakeholders in knowledge-sharing and education
• Create innovative events to enhance member engagement
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in relevant field; graduate preferred
• 4 to 7 years' experience in union training or related areas
• Fluency in English and French required
• Knowledge of labour relations and training practices
• Strong organizational and project management skills
Lead educational transformation and foster a vibrant learning community at CAPE.
