Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging training content for various formats

• Review courseware for quality and consistency

• Manage updates and project timelines for new courses

• Provide support and guidance as a subject-matter expert

• Participate in process improvement initiatives in training

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field

• At least 3 years in instructional design

• Strong XML proficiency for content authoring

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Background check and security clearance required
