SD8 is hiring a part-time (0.5 FTE) instructor proficient in online teaching platforms like D2L/Brightspace. The role focuses on math, science, and career courses suited for high school students, including Earth Science 11 and Foundations of Math. Be prepared for potential shifts in course offerings based on student enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach various Math and Science courses online

• Utilize D2L/Brightspace for class delivery

• Address course changes based on student needs

• Participate in curriculum planning

• Support students in their learning journey
Requirements:

• Valid British Columbia Professional Teaching Certificate

• Proven teaching experience in senior high subjects

• Eligible for certification at the assignment start date
