CPS, Inc is seeking an experienced agency recruiter to run a Mechanical Engineering desk focused on permanent placements within heavy industrial and manufacturing environments.
This is a remote opportunity for recruiters who can independently manage full‑cycle recruiting and business development with minimal oversight.
Requirements- Agency recruiting experience with permanent placements
- Experience recruiting Mechanical or Electrical Engineers, or within heavy industrial / manufacturing environments
- Proven business development experience
- Ability to discuss quantifiable results (placements, clients, revenue)
- Stable work history
- Strong remote work discipline
- Contract‑only or temp staffing backgrounds
- Light industrial or software/IT recruiting
- Entry‑level recruiters requiring foundational training
Base salary + uncapped commission (flexible for proven performers)
